Sir Keir Starmer plans to press partner nations to deliver Ukrainian forces with further extended-range weaponry to target Moscow's positions during a meeting in the UK capital on the upcoming Friday.

The prime minister will host President the Ukrainian head of state alongside the so-called "coalition of the willing", consisting of numerous of Ukraine's allies who have pledged to offer Ukraine security guarantees once a ceasefire is arranged.
